Once a Good Samaritan stopped to give someone CPR, the person lived but a rib broke, the Good Samaritan was sued.
Today the Los Angeles Times reminds us to be careful:
- …thought to be the first ruling by the court that someone who intervened in an accident in good faith could be sued.
