Valentine was a holy priest in Rome, who, with St. Marius and his family, assisted the martyrs in the persecution under Claudius II. Fronto and that of Allatius, in Bede, Usuard, Ado, Notker and all other martyrologies on this day. Regulating International Medical issues is difficult because of Intra-country variation in medical laws and ethics.  How Is Genetic Engineering, Genetic Modification, or Traditional Breeding Done?

Genetic engineering, genetic modification, or traditional breeding is for reproduction of life. The natural environment is used:

• Sex,
• Rape,
• artificial insemination
• Reproductive processes (flowers do not have sex).

And the laboratory.

People do the same things, use the same methods, and practice for good, bad, or neutral. Traditional breeding, genetic engineering, or genetic modification can also be dangerous. Used to genocide medically, medical war crimes, like Nazi Germany, & ethnic cleansing through biological warfare.

These methods can also:

1. Heal,
2. Manipulate out diseases,
3. Manipulate out handicaps, and
4. Manipulate out birth defects.

These methods can also maintain what has already been accomplished.

What is a Mutation?

Mutation, historically is thought of an alternation physically, biologically, or genetically of an organism in a negative manner:

• Malfunction,
•  Maladaptive, or
•  Inferior results.
  

  Genetic Engineering

  An organism can also mutate to become:

• Higher functioning,
• More adaptive, or have
• Superior results.

Mutation occurs in the environment and is not through intentional manipulation or the desired results, if manipulation has occurred. Natural traditional breeding can also look like a mutation with higher functioning, more adaptive, or superior results.

We sometimes do not respect the cultures of human body remains, for example, when Native American burial sites are found by construction workers. If we can not respect our own human remains, if aliens exist, how are we treating alien remains?

Compassion is important, objectification causes thought processes to interfere with compassion. If aliens exist, the treatment of the bodies would be important because an assumption that there are others that may look for them, should be made.

Earth and the United States of America publishes missing persons reports. If aliens exist, they may also have a missing report system for there kind.

NASA’s nine-story Taurus XL Rocket named “Glory” sounds like a para-military National Defense tool. When science observation satellites are launched, do they have the same level of security as a National Defense Satellite?

I have been writing on crisis and international diplomatic issues for about five years now and the Los Angeles Times article Loss of satellite a blow to Earth climate study, Wednesday March 9, 2001, describes a satellite that could also be used to detect illegal nuclear activity or fallout, military weapons and activity, more deposits of high levels of Mercury, and illegal burning that is so damaging it could be considered a human rights violation, as reported in the Middle East.

The 2009 Orbiting Carbon Observatory crash that is similar makes the statement that others see these satellites as National Defense as well. The purpose of Glory is to understand how humans are affecting Earth’s climate through desert dust, burning coal, and spraying nitrate, but the equipment can also detect other means of humans affecting Earth’s climate. The examples are:

• The Total Irradiance Monitor
• Aerosol Polarimetry Sensor
• Remote Sensing Equipment

These science tools detect solar radiation, differences on land surfaces, and in the oceans & seas. This sophisticated observation satellite also sounds like a para-military defense tool that others may see as a weapon. One important reason for this $424 million project is that the Congress has been pressured by lobbyist to reduce fossil fuel burning. This could lead to stricter regulations. The oil and coal-burning industries input on the subject as well with their own lobbies.

Other uses for this military sounding science satellite include detecting new technologies being used, human rights violations, and weapons detection.

Today I noticed on the google that Beverly, MA’s Beverly Local News Outside.in is running a feed about my Beverly Hills, CA experience.
